Conditions of payment
- 50% within week after confirmation of booking
- 50% one month before start of stay
- A refundable damage deposit of 200 euro will be asked on the day of arrival

Cleaning

Insurance
Casa das Pintassilgas has its own insurance under the Portuguese law. Guests will be required to hold their own insurance.
The swimming pool is not surrounded by a fence and thus is not suitable for small children not uder supervision of an adult.
Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of 200 euro is to be paid on the date of arrival. On leaving the deposit will be refunded if no damage is recorded.
